As part of the annual inspection, we use the aircraft manufacturer’s inspection checklist
to accomplish your inspection. Items that are provided include:
- Engine wash
- Aircraft wash
- Window cleaning
- Interior vacuum
- AD research
- Clean, gap, test, and rotate plugs and replace copper gaskets
- Pre and Post engine operational systems checks
- Compression check
- Oil and filter change
- Air filter change
- Lubrication with servicing of pulleys,
hinges, and bell cranks - Cleaning, inspection, and repacking of wheel bearings
- Landing gear extension/retraction check if required
- Magneto to engine timing
- Removal and installation of all access panels.
- Removal and installation of seats and interior panels as required for inspection
- ELT test and inspection
- Detailed and meticulous inspection of aircraft

We provide thorough assessments to guarantee the airworthiness of the aircraft and reveal any hidden maintenance issues.
*All labor rates are billed by the quarter hour with a half-hour minimum.
**After Hours Starts at 4 pm March through October and 5 pm November through February. The after-hours labor rate is in addition to our regular rate. The minimum After Hours labor charge is 1 hour if staying late and 2 hours if we must return to the shop after hours.

Please Note:
This is an estimate of the annual flat rate inspection only. Parts are not included. The aircraft’s age and condition will determine the time required to accomplish the inspection along with any continued Airworthiness inspections that have to be performed on ELT’s, Batteries, Exhaust systems etc. The labor will vary. Any additional aircraft repairs will incur additional charges for both labor and parts. Prices are subject to change without notice.
