3. Payment Terms
- Invoicing: Clients will receive an invoice upon completion of services, which is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by law.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, check, or bank transfer.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information for service provision.
- Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring that their aircraft and operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Liability
- Service Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. If a service does not meet this standard, we will re-perform the service at no additional charge.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airworthy Maintenance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your aircraft and related information. Any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for service provision.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Termination does not relieve the Client of any payment obligations for services already performed.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
